About Me
My name is Scott Harris. I am an Orlando, Florida-based Broadcast Journalism and Legal Studies student at the University of Central Florida anticipated to graduate in the Fall of 2027.
I am a student reporter fulfilling a lifelong dream of telling stories for the people to see. Whether that's in my strong-rooted foundation in Sports or if it is in other hard news elements like crime, politics or more. I aspire to be the man who people look for to find the facts and nothing but them.
Sporting events play a large role in the content I report on in the Orlando area, from hockey, football, basketball, baseball and soccer. I have been given the experience in asking the hard-hitting questions to players during pressers and reiterating those words to the media.
I am currently interning with Sons of UCF as a sports reporter for both UCF Men's Soccer and Basketball.
